family/ Apple Music

I was in a family and left for a new one but my Apple Music won't work. I can only listen to music from listen now: I can't listen to previous music I can only skip forward and none of my music is in my library but it shows up on my Mac and I don't know how to fix it.

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Sounds like Purchase Sharing might not be enabled! Please verify that Purchase Sharing is enabled - How to share purchases with your family - Apple Support. The organizer will need to set this up! If the organizer isn't the one who bought the Apple Music Family Plan, the member who did would need to turn on their Purchase Sharing.

Hello Kenady777,

You're going to want to use Sync Library to sync your music across your Apple Devices. Be sure to always have iCloud turned on so that this data can persist and be saved not only in iCloud, but on all of your Apple devices as well - Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support. Please sync and save Apple Music to iCloud on all of your Apple devices for the best experience cross-platform.

Happy Listening 🎶
