Airpods Pro keep disconnecting when using instagram

I cant listen to instagram reels with AirPods Pro because the sound cuts out. I have already disabled automatic ear detection. Looks like when it cuts out, the device selected for sound is changed back to my phone. I select airpods again, and not even 1 min later, it cuts out again, and it’s back to the phone being selected.
