I turned off my icloud backup for photos. My backup will be deleted after 30 days. Can i delete the backup now?

Assuming that you mean your device backup, you can delete that now. There is no separate backup for photos. If you turn off iCloud Photos, your photos will no longer sync but you can safely delete photos in iCloud without affecting other devices.
