App store download issue

Have been unable to download new or used apps from the App Store no matter which device used - iPhones / Apple TV. Also unable to play purchased movies.

Have rebooted all devices, logged out and in from the app store and updated payment methods. No error message comes up in the App Store, items spool as if they're starting to download and then revert to their former status. Movies show 'There's a problem loading this content'.

Have attempted to resolve with Apple via phone with no luck so far.

Try this, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
