I had turned on silence unknown calls, but I missed some calls from the hospital for a family member, so I shut it off. I am still missing calls from numbers I don't know, and they not blocked numbers.
How can I get unknown numbers to ring into my phone?

I don't want to silence them, I want to allow unknown callers to ring in. I am missing calls from a hospital. Even though added the number to my contacts, it's still not ringing in.... they go straight to voice mail.

I was intending for you to look at those available means used to silence calls, and to check your device for those settings and disable those settings.
Ahhhh.... okay I understand. I appreciate that, but I've checked both of those and they are not enabled either.
