Homepod Siri doesn't know my name, but recognizes voice

Hi,

when I ask "Hey Siri, what is my name?" or "Hey Siri, who am I", my Homepods (both 1st gen and Mini) responds with "I don't know who you are. Check the Home app...".

However, personal requests work as expected - Siri on Homepod reads my text messages, runs my personal shortcuts, etc.

When I ask the same question on my iPhone or Watch, it responds with my name.

I tried everything mentioned here in the section "If Siri doesn't recognize you", but nothing helped: Set up voice recognition on HomePod or HomePod mini – Apple Support (UK). I have the latest software on all of my devices.

Can someone help me, please? This feature did work before.
