"My iphone 12 will not charge via the lightning port.: My iPhone 12 (iOS 16.5) will not charge via the lightning port. The phone can be charged wirelessly, however. I've tried cleaning the port, using a new cable and a different AC charger. Does anyone have a solution?"

Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

- View: [the percentage]
- Is it 80% or less? If so, it is time for a new battery.
III. Perform a Restart:
