Just down loaded a app that said free the when it was done it isn’t free! How to I unsubscribed?

Did the same thing downloaded an app that I thought was free. When I seen it was free for the first month then a 17.48 chg. I immediately deleted it but was still charged the 17.48. When I go to report a problem.apple.com and put in the price I says no refund available
