As noted in the subject line, live activity for Uber and Uber Eats are not appearing in Dynamic Island and lock screen.
Live activity on my phone and the two apps is enabled. Location is on, notification is allowed. Turned on and off airplane mode, rebooted the phone, have done pretty much everything that’s suggested by other people.
Please help.

I have a brand new iphone 15 pro and after using Uber just once they decided that the phone somehow violates their Terms and Conditions and have blocked me from using the app.
I am having the same issue as you. I have a new iPhone 14 pro I purchased last month and live activities for Uber and Uber eats does not work on my phone. I have done everything online guides suggest, by toggling obfuscate and back on everything to do with app tracking and live updates or live activity. In the end, live activity simply does not work on my phone.
Hello Apple Community, I also have an iPhone 14Pro with the latest IOS software 16.6 and Uber Eats Software 6.176.10000. Live activities are not showing up in Dynamic Island. I receive regular push notifications through out my delivery but nothing in the Island. Had my friend go into Settings/Uber Eats App/ and had a different option when he had a live didn't see on my.
Uber was just testing that in limited markets. I lost it as well.

Yes, the apps are all up to date.
Are you still having problems today? I've always had live activities but now I don't.
I have "kind of" live activities. But before it was nice block with ride info. Now it’s only an icon in Dynamic Island. I think UBER changed something. Because with BOLT app works everything perfectly 🤷🏻♂️
I am just double checking with you to ensure that you have updated the Uber and Uber Eats apps.

no unfortunately no, I already had iOS 17 with live activities and it worked very well, I'm Italian and now I'm in China for work, maybe because I changed country it doesn't work anymore
