Trying to set up a brand new 1st gen Homepod, I already have a mini working, and the new Homepod gives me an error code 301014 while trying to set up. I have tried leaving wifi, deleting and reinstalling, wiping home clean, reinstall and the mini will set up just fine, however this 1st gen keeps getting error at end of set up 301014.

although I have contacted to Apple support but it is not working now.
only my HomePod mini is working with all my devices such as iPad/ iPhone
