Need option to delete Siri App

My company works in the cleared space. We are looking at changing from Windows OS to MacOS, however, Siri is a stopper. Security Policies will NOT allow the Siri App or any application like it to be loaded. Is it possible to delete the siri app on the newest MacBook Systems after purchase? Would be ordering ~ (200) systems to start.

Siri is part of the OS. You can disable it in Siri preferences but you cannot remove it.

Starting in macOS 11 Big Sur and above.

The Operating System resides in a Sealed and Read Only Volume that can not be opened by the User nor by Third Party Applications.

The only Entity that can open and modify or alter this Volume is Apple.

That would occur when a update or UpGrade is performed.

And then refer to the posting from @Luis Sequeira1 on choosing and enrolling all the Possible 200 Apple Computers in a Mobile Digital Management ( MDM ) service that will fulfill the company's Requirements
