I have a problem with Apple billing

Hi! I have a problem with Apple billing. I can't unlink a card and link another one because I have two subscriptions that end in December and this doesn't allow me to add or change a card or payment method. I canceled these subscriptions, but the deadline is December. please help me cancel subscriptions. The old payment method doesn't work now, and I can't add a new one.
