I want to buy a macbook with Turkish Q keyboard from Germany. This option is displayed on the Apple Store application. Is this really possible? And is it possible to get TaxFree document for purchases made through the Apple Store application?

It should certainly be possible if they offer it. Nobody in these forums represents Apple sales or any store, so you need to contact the store directly yourself to get more info. Apple stores do not sell outside their own country, if that matters for your purposes.
