TelephonyUtilties

This may be a dumb question or something normal that I’ve never seen before- but when I’m on FaceTime, the usual “Microphone” dot says “TelephonyUtilities”. When I click to open more it looks like TelephonyUtilities is an app with no icon. Is there anything to be concerned about?
