internet recovery problem

i have my MacBook pro 2018, i erase the operating system , now i am trying to re install the mac os system. but its continually restarting. and its stuck on internet recovery after that its stuck on mac start and unable to connect wife , and then quickly restart and again on internet recovery .please advise

Macbook pro Internet recovery not working Hi, I was preparing my 2020 Macbook pro (Intel) for sale using the "Erase all content and settings" program. I wanted to reinstall a clean MacOS and since the "Erase all content", the Macbook starts immediately in "Internet Recovery" mode. I can choose a Wifi and it starts the recovering process and my Wifi access point shows some traffic. After 20-30 min it ends with an ! in the rotating globe and an error message support.apple.com/mac/startup -2003F or -2005F. So I tried to create a bootable USB device and boot from this, but whatever key I press (hold Option key while booting or "Command + R") during boot, I always end up at the Internet Recovery mode. Stuck in Starting Internet Recovery. Hello, I tried to reset and reinstall mac os in my mac mini but unfortunately while reinstalling the power went of and after trying again it stuck in Starting Internet Recovery. This may take while. Page

Add a USB-C ethernet adapter and hook directly to the modem.
