Purchase with Apple gift card + credit card

So I recently set up my 2017 13-inch MacBook Air for trade-in to get an Apple gift card with around $135 of balance, but I was planning on buying a new MacBook Pro, can I use the $135 in the gift card and use a credit card for the payment?
