I have a new 20W USB-C power adapter that just stopped working out of nowhere, the issue is not with the cable being that it works when i connect it to a different adapter. do you know a way to fix this? this is a brand new item and it should work.

I have had two brand new USB-C fast chargers side by side in a power point working fine for 3 months then all of a sudden both died ! Every other charger non apple and my partners fast USB-C apple charger is fine.
it’s not the house electrical system as I’m a licensed builder house is 2yr old I can assure you these chargers own the name “made in China”
