i forget the touch id for one of my iphone devices and i coonected it to itune as instructed on iphone screen without any access

Do you mean you forgot the Lock Screen passcode?

Touch ID uses your fingerprint. What did you really forget? If you forgot your Apple ID, go back to the help article you were reading.
