I want to downgrade my iCloud because every month I pay $3 for iCloud only for no storage to be added. I want to switch to the free option, but it just loads infinitely when I click it and never lets me click the “buy” button on the top left. I seriously don’t want to continue paying $3 a month but it looks like apple is forcing me to.

Check the network connection:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

Def not the problem. Just tried at full WiFi and battery and it’s doing the same thing. Any other suggestions?
