Nike Run Club Compliation

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We want to make sure you are able to see all the information from your workouts. Checkout the steps from Nike regarding missing information and how to resolve this here:

1. Tap the "Settings" app icon.

2. Scroll down and tap "Privacy," then tap "Motion & Fitness."

3. Move the slider to turn on "Fitness Tracking."

4. Close and reopen the NRC App so the change can take effect.

We'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

1. When did this start to occur in the Nike Run Club app, and do you see the miles you ran if you check from your Apple Watch built-in apps?
2. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone and Restart your Apple Watch
3. If you have a compatible iPhone model with which you pair with your watch, the latest version is iOS 16.5. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone or iPad Since you have a compatible watch model, the latest version is watchOS 9.5.1. This happened to me. What I did was remove the Nike Run Club complication from each watch face I had it on, and then I re-added it and it was fine. It might take a minute to show up correctly once you re-add it.
