iPhone 14 Pro Max Battery

At what percentage should I always keep my iPhone 14 Pro Max battery? I always charge before bed and do not keep it plugged in overnight. I always wake up to the same percentage as when I took it off the previous night. I was told keep the battery between 30-80% I want my battery lifespan to last as long as possible. I just want to hear from a apple certified expert :)

if you were to look into the setting that says battery you’ll see in battery health that it will tell you the maximum charge it can hold and a few other settings regarding that like optimal battery charging
