I just want to update music on my iPhone from my Windows computer without using iCloud music. It should be a simple switch within iTunes and/or iPhone 11 (iOS 16.5)

If you don't have a subscription (Apple Music or iTunes Match), you can connect via USB and sync the "old-fashioned way." Follow the "PC" section of this guide:
