Shock in charging port

I am using an iphone 13 which is 6 month old and i am even using the charger . There is a manufacturing defect in my cable due toh which i am facing charging difficulty with my new cable . I went to the service centre they asked me for 35000 rupees despite of warranty. What should i do

If this service center is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, you will need to work with them to get this resolved. If their technician examined this phone AND determined it was not a manufacturing defect, which it sounds like in this case, you can still try pursuing this further by contacting Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.
