If it happens during a restore from computer, make sure the computer is up to date. It could also occur if you have a hardware issue, like a cracked screen, battery problem or simply the cable used to connect to your computer. As previously posted, the more information given, the more likely you will get a more accurate solution.

Your MacBook should be updated to the most recent software when doing a restore and a defective cable will cause problems with the restore process. With those ruled out, the phone is the obvious place to look, especially if you do have a cracked screen or are experiencing other hardware issues.
