I can't re-download Apps on my iPod.
How come when I try to Redownload an app and I delete a whole bunch of them to just download then it still doesn’t work?

From reading your post, it seems you tried to download an app, you could not because of a lack of storage so you deleted other apps to make space. Then you tried to download the app again but still could not.
Could you let me know is the reason you cannot download the app now still because of a lack of storage? If this is the case, it is possible your iPod simply does not have enough storage space even after deleting the other apps.
Can I ask which model iPod you are referring to, and how you are downloading the app (iTunes, App Store)?
I apologise for not having an immediate solution but I would like to know more before providing an answer.
