I purchased from Amazon an AirTag which was a a return. I am unable to pair it to my appleid

New Airtag already connected to another Apple ID Hi everyone, I need some help with an AirTag I purchased in September 2023. I opened the box but didn't configure it right away. Now, when I try to set it up, it says it's already configured with another Apple ID. I've tried resetting it using the method of removing the battery four times, but it hasn't worked. I have no idea which Apple ID it might be connected to so I can't remove it. I bought the AirTag from the official Apple website, and I still have the box and the receipt to prove it's mine. Does anyone know how to reset it or fix this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
