[Watch series 7] Precipitation complication not working

I have added a "rain" or "precipitation" complication to my apple watch face.

But the issue is, it remains blank most of the time and only sometimes, a percentage is shown.

Rest of the weather data, like, temperature and conditions are displayed properly but issue is only with precipitation/rain complication.

As much as I remember, when I got the watch, this never happened.

It started happening after an update (few updates back) and even after updating to the latest watch os too,

I have the same issue.

I have reset my watch, set it up as a new watch, reset all settings on my iphone too, but no avail.

My iphone too is in the latest iOS version.

In the attached picture, the umbrella icon usually displays a number (0% to 100%)

But it becomes blank for some hours again.

I couldn't find anyone else facing similar issues or mostly getting resolved after enabling background app refresh and allowing location access. I tried both, but didn't help.

Any help is appreciated!

Think its an issue with the weather data provider,

the precipitation information disappears from the iPhone weather app for some cities.

I have added 4-5 cites and the precipitation information would be shown for one or two cities at one point in time

while the rest would become blank "-" for some time.

Then again the precipitation information would be available for those cities after some time.

The information is not consistently available from the weather data providers, consequently, it is not consistently displayed in my watch.
