Focus and phone not get calls
I have never used focus and yet it is grayed out like it is across my two iPhones and iPad. But nothing is active. Nothing is active or toggled on in my iCloud account setting with my Apple ID. AT&T staff can’t fix the problem. All my calls go directly to voicemail without my phone ever ringing and I show no missed calls. What else can be done? I’ve tried everything I could find online or with phone store staff. It making me job (work) difficult. Much less personal calls. Help please.
