facetime audiocall

Hi ,please help me!🙏🏽 my facetime audiocall doesn't exist , The videocall is normal but I want just audio , it doesn't exist, How can i fix it?

Was the unit purchased in China? If so, that would explain the lack of FaceTime Audio, as it is not available on models sold in China.

Please check the model number at: Settings - General - About - Model = ???

If you press on the button that looks like a camera, it should give you a menu with something that says "FaceTime video" and "FaceTime Audio" you should press the one that says "FaceTime Audio"

yaa I know that , but when i press camera in the menu audiocall doesn't exist ,it just video
