I use the Matias aluminum backlit keyboard and it's terrific.

It has two batteries: one for the backline and one for the keyboard. The keyboard battery is designed to last nearly a year. The backlight can be adjusted to 10 levels and would nave to be recharged more frequently.

I have eyesight problems and with the Matias keyboard and Dark Mode on the Mac it's a life saver.

There are no Apple backlit keyboards but there are Apple compatible ones from vendors such as Satechi and Matias and no doubt others.
