No. Warranty covers manufacturing defects.

iPhones cannot be hacked remotely. If your Apple ID has been compromised, erase your iPhone, and create a new Apple ID with a different email address.

because I have been hacked and they have ravaged through all of my bank accounts and my email accounts and stolen my identity. security number and they are having a field day with it. Can I turn my phone in for funds on the ground, fed apple security not protecting my sensitive information and move on over to Samsung

If your information has been obtained, banks accounts accessed etc.. contact your local police and inform them Identify theft is a crime.

And you believe Samsung is more secure than Apple?
