Unknown charges from Apple

So my question here is why is apple attempting to steal my money? I get at least 50 charges in one day on my account specifically from apple/bill.com. Can someone please tell me whats going on, and how to at least fix it?

Unknown charges I have been charged £8.99 two months in a row from Apple and I’ve tried looking for what it is and I find absolutely nothing. They sent a text telling me they have charged me and gave a link “http://apple.com/bill” for me to check it but when I go on it the charge doesn’t come up. What do I do?

Found today about some kind of charge from Apple.com/bill that I don't even know where came from...What to do? I need help with a big problem. Yesterday I was charged by Apple.com for I have no idea what reason and I don't know what to write....

Accusing Apple of theft is not the greatest way to get help here.
