Government alerts not showing anymore.

Hi! I am from Bulgaria and we experienced an earthquake an hour ago and I found it odd that I didn’t get alerted. We had AMBER alert last year and it worked fine but I didn’t receive alert for the earthquake. I went to Settings<Notifications and scrolled all the way down where the alerts are supposed to be but I don’t have them. I know that it is not available in some countries and regions but if I had them last year, why don’t I have them now?

Hello JustJan05!

This seems to be a bit of a problem: the Government Alerts not showing beneath Notifications.

For example, lately I have reviewed my Government Alert settings, ensuring that Test Alerts are turned OFF. But now, when I go to Government Alerts at the bottom of Notifications, they are gone.

I suggest you try to Force restart iPhone - Apple Support, and see if that doesn’t make them show up again.

I hope this is helpful. Good Luck!
