face time audio problem

hi there,

I was in vacation in China and my iphone broken, so I forced to buy an iphone in china but after i returned back to Turkey I noticed those phones from china not allowed to use face time audio. I have no plane to back or use my new phone in china so is there any chance to fix this issue?
