Apps not downloading

I’m trying to download an app on my daughters iPad. I click GET and am asked for my password and then asked to click INSTALL. Once I do, nothing happens except a spinning circle. No icon appear on the iPad and the circle spins for several minutes and then the GET button appears again.


I have family sharing on but she has permission to download. I downloaded the app on my phone without a problem. We have different apple IDs but share purchases.

Start here, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
