Airpod Gen 2 can no longer skip forward

I used to own a pair of gen 2 AirPods and was able to set them to skip forward and back by tapping. I lost that pair a year ago and just got a new pair and the setting is missing. All I see is skip track and play/pause.

Am I going crazy or was this feature removed?

Difficulty rewinding AirPods 2nd Gen Just got 2nd Gen AirPod Pros yesterday. I’ve had the original pros for a while. I’m really struggling rewinding or going forward on a track by double or triple pressing the stem. It’s very inconsistent and more times than not i just short the track down or go in the wrong direction. I hear the click but pressing the stem is not at all consistent like the original AirPod Pro. Am I doing something wrong? With only one day in having it I’m thinking it’s got to be me somehow. Thanks in advance for any help as it’s very frustrating.

'Noise Cancellation with One Airpod' Setting Keeps Resetting I frequently use my AirPods with just one ear in and want to have noise cancellation mode on to block out ambient sound for that ear so I can hear my phone call better. Using the 'Noise Cancellation with One Airpod' setting within Accessibility Options works great for this. However, the problem is that setting will frequently reset between uses of the Airpods, so I am constantly having to go back into Accessibility Options and re-toggle one ear noise cancellation mode to on. Why can't I save this setting such that it defaults to this mode toggled on? Please advise if I am doing incorrectly, or consider as a bug fix in a future update.

You can still control audio with your AirPods. There may be settings on your connected devices that need to be changed. Please review the following Apple Support article for more information: Pause, skip, and adjust volume with your AirPods and AirPods Pro.
