Go Here: Correct the Purchase Date or Expiration Date for your AppleCare Agreement - Apple Support

Set Up a Chat Session with an Apple Rep:

As an alternative to calling Apple Support, you can chat with an Apple Rep. Have a proof pf purchase with you, particularly, a photo of a receipt or the original packing.

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Keep: selecting items until you get the chat option.
  5. IMPORTANT: Being this is in grads to financial distance, you may be put aside, and asked to contact Apple support via phone. So, make something up, such as "my iPhone is not charging", and then get on yto what you want to talk about.
