I have charges on my chase credit card they look like Apple.com/bill 866-712-7753 CA. when I call it tells me that some of the chages could be for apps or subscriptions however in my purchases or subscriptions is shows nothing.

I have many charges on my credit card listed as Apple.com/bill 866-712-7753 CA. When I call it tells me that some of the changes could be for apps or subscriptions however, in my purchases or subscriptions it shows nothing, hidden charges nothing I do not have family sharing turned on or anyone else linked to my card, I don't have apple cash setup either or in app purchases and if i did it would show up on my phone in recent purchases. I have since canceled my card. I have had something like this with accidental purchases however they would show up in recent purchases on my phone or in subscriptions. There is none of them on there and the credit card bill shows Apple. hundreds of dollars worth of charges up to 42.49

Are you viewing this in your bank account, or did you get texts or emails listing them?

It’s possible that your credit card was compromised, and someone is using it with their Apple ID. Any time Apple charges you they send you an email receipt to your Apple ID email.

You can also check if anyone else is using your Apple ID. Go to Settings, tap on your name/Apple ID at the top, and it will list any other devices logged in to your Apple ID account at the bottom of the page.

If there are no matching charges shown on any of your Apple IDs, then you’re quite possibly the victim of payment card fraud.

If so, contact your financial provider, and discuss and potentially dispute the charges.

Make absolutely sure there are no matching charges on any of your Apple IDs before you open a dispute.
