Why isn't Apple fixing the ringtome volume goes to low problem?

When you went to the Apple store they wouldn't acknowledge or fix your phone?

This is a bug in iOS or the iPhone 11 that has been going on ever since I switched to an Apple several years ago. I mean the phone has one job, to ring when someone calls or texts me. Even my 5 year old clamshell phone gets this right.

And what do you want us users to do for you?
