Try to delete a recurring event with all events and it won’t work.
if I choose this event only I can delete one but I want to delete them all.
this as might be created with the time zone active.
any wait I can delete all of future events ?
Finally by pressing on the event longer the menu for cancelling / deleting appeared and I could managed to get rid of it

Have you tried to do it directly from iCloud site (https://www.icloud.com)? Maybe you can give it a try and if will be removed successfully there it will be removed also from your phone, mac, whatever!
I went in the ICloud calendar and I can’t see the event. Looks like it is just showing in the iPad .
