Ok so I’m 3mths new to the IPhone world. I went to the App Store to write a review for an App. Got to the spot I needed to do it but when I clicked the subject and the description spot instead of keyboard it’s a bar with 4 things on it. Translate, learn more, share, and 1 other. How to I get my keyboard. I’ve tried everything restarting and reinstalling wise.
The response above doesn't address the problem. The keyboard is showing up, but it won't let you actually type any letters. But if you tap on the title or review spots, you get that standard text selection popup the OP mentioned. there's a different bug where the keyboard used to pop up halfway, this one is different. It appears, you just can't use it.
