I recently checked my screen time and noticed that the settings app has 131 hours one week and 67 another. can anyone explain why the screen time is so high? i’m confused cause i don’t use the app that much at all.

Why Screen Time may have Increased:
You may have left a movie running, or songs on repeat. Or, perhaps someone else was using it. It's anyone's guess. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine what happened when on your device. You can make a recommendation to Apple of this.
Provide Apple Feedback:
Do your Part: Apple wont get back to you directly on this, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they'll know what suits their customers' needs and wants.
