My Apple Watch is listed in devices in my iCloud and settings but is not showing up in my watch app. It is also not updating in my fitness app. I didn’t know it wasn’t automatic when I upgraded my phone 6 months ago. I don’t want to delete 6 months of fitness data by resetting and deleting my watch. Is there a way to log into the watch app and load my watch settings from iCloud or is this feature not out yet?

Your watch backed up routinely. When you pair it officially to your new phone, you shouldn't lose your data as you'll be able to set it up from the backup when you last backed it up. That backup however, would be from 6 months ago as your watch hasn't been connected to your new phone for it to have backed up.
Yeah that’s the one I saw and I wanted to see if there was a way to not erase it before I go for the full erase option. 😬
