I deleted my gmail on my Mac hoping to gain space but I lost all gmail on all devices! Can I recover it?

Gmail is a 3rd Party application and Apple is not responsible for any type of data loss that occurs within 3rd party apps. What I would suggest however is to redownload the application and sign into your google account. If the issue still persists you will want to contact Google Support, not Apple Support.
