Why did my 3 moth Apple TV free trial disappeared?

hi, I was eligible for free 3 month apple tv. I was waiting to buy my new TV as I have recently moved to my new appartment. I also bought a new iphone 14 in february. now that I want to start my free trial 3 month subscribrion it is not available.
