Not receiving messages only in one contact
I am not receiveing alerts when a contact text me . A picture of bell with slash through it has showed up . I receive calls but not text messages . Please help

Go to the Messages app. In the main screen, find he conversation with the person who you're not getting alerts for. Put your finger on the conversation and pull to the left. Tap the purple icon with a bell on it.
