Iphone 14pro flashlight turns on by itself without opening the app

We understand you have a concern with the Flashlight app on your iPhone opening without your input. You mentioned already checking a few settings, which is good. Since you have an iPhone 14 Pro, another one to test to see if it helps is the Tap or Swipe to Wake.

1. Tap Settings.
2. Open Accessibility.
3. Disable Tap or Swipe to Wake.
4. You will now wake to unlock your iPhone with the side button.

The suggested solution to the flashlight issue of disabling swipe is not helpful. I want to be able to wake my iPhone with swipe. I just don’t want my flashlight turning on arbitrarily. Has anyone found a more user-friendly solution?
