I understand you are not receiving notifications. Here are some things you may be able to do to fix it.
- Restart - Sometimes, a good restart will help it.
- DND - Is Do Not Disturb on? If it is on, please turn it off and see if that helps.
- Internet - Do you have any internet or mobile data? If so, turn it on.
If none of these steps worked, you may need to reset your iPhone. Don’t worry, you won’t lose your personal data in the cloud. Here’s how.
- Open the “Settings” app on your troubled device.
- Once you are in settings, find “General” and click on it.
- Scroll down until you see “Transfer or Reset”
- Tap “Reset”
- If you get a pop-up, tap “Reset All Settings”
- Enter your passcode (if you have one) then the reset process will start.
After doing this, if you still don’t receive notifications, you have a worse problem. Get it fixed at Apple.
