Why I cannot receive notifications suddenly?

Why I cannot receive notifications until I open the apps, it happens since few days ago no push notification from whatsapp, FB messager and even my CCTV app, only received singal and IG notifications. i have checked, all notifications are on and I updated the ISO already, how do I fix it?

Help for Notification Alerts --> No Notification Alerts - Apple Community
To turn ON notifications selectively for apps, go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll Down to the App and turn ON notifications... Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
Some apps have their own notification settings over and above the iOS notification settings: An example of Instagram Notification settings is given below
