cant recive otp

Can’t receive otp from one app (Airtel) if I put my sim into another phone the otp comes instantly. What do I do? This a iPhone 14 plus

Unable to receive otps in iPad. I am unable to receive otps from different applications as well as banks to the sim inside the iPad. The sim have both data plan and call plan. But I am receiving sms from other sim to this sim in the iPad. Can anyone suggest the solution to it.

Regarding not receiving OTP on any esim instead i can receive message on physical sim. I am using two simcards and both are physical sim card. When I convert my one simcard into esim card then i do not get message on that simcard. Instead physicalsim card stills receive OTP message. So i am in great trouble because i have to carry two physical sim cards with me so that i can put one inside at a time to receive otp on that sim. Same way i have to put my second physical simcard into simslot(after removing out first physical sim from sim slot). kindly sort out this problem coz i am no longer able to use your esim service feature in my iphone 14plus phone. To carry two physical sim card always is not what is have expected from iphone 14plus.

Tried resetting my network settings didn’t work

That's weird. Have you tried to reset the network settings on your iPhone 14 Plus and try again?
